We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who we are
This website presents Talents Performance Hub, a performance management platform provided by [Legal entity name], commercial registration [Commercial registration number], of [Registered address]. In this policy, "we" means [Legal entity name].
What this policy covers
This policy covers the personal data we handle as controller: when you visit this website, request a demo, or write to or call us.
It does not cover the employee data our customers process inside the platform. The customer is the controller of that data and decides what is processed; we process it on the customer's instructions under the agreement with them. Questions about that data should go to the customer's privacy officer.
What we collect
- Demo requests: the details you enter in the form. The full list is in the data processing notice.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and our replies.
- Running the website: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. To deliver pages, our hosting receives the technical data any website receives, such as your device's network address and the page requested; we do not use it to identify you.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe in the site footer.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange a demo, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your enquiries and keep a record of our commercial correspondence.
- To keep the website secure and running, and to meet our legal obligations.
- To send you the newsletter you subscribed to, on the basis of your consent.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by solely automated means.
Who we share it with
Only our staff who handle commercial requests see your data. We share it with service providers who host or operate our systems on our behalf, under contracts that oblige them to protect it, and with authorities when the law requires.
Where it is kept
We keep your data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If it ever has to be transferred outside the Kingdom, we will do so only as the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations allow.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests and related correspondence: 12 months after our last contact with you, unless your organisation becomes a customer, in which case the agreement with it applies.
- Technical records of running the website: 90 days.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe, after which we delete the address.
After that we destroy the data or anonymise it.
Your rights
The Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right:
- to be informed how your data is processed, which this policy and the data processing notice set out;
- to access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- to ask for your data to be corrected, completed or updated;
- to ask for your data to be destroyed once it is no longer needed;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@numou.me; we reply within the period the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures suited to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections and access limited to the staff who need it.
Children
This website is intended for organisations and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We publish any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
