Performance management for organisations in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
A rating that survives the question.
An Arabic-first performance layer with enterprise depth, hosted in the Kingdom, running on top of the HR system you already own.
Compare with other categories in the market
Comparison
The empty quadrant: those who go deep do not localise, and those who localise do not go deep.
Three categories govern the market. The first three columns describe each category in general, from a review of twelve vendors, not any one product; the last column points to a mechanism in the product.
| Criterion | Generalist HR suites | Regional SMB HR suites | Global talent specialists | Talents Performance Hub |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Arabic as a design premise: mirrored interface and right-to-left exports | ○ Usually a translation layer | ◐ Bilingual | ○ English-origin | ● Source language, RTL exports |
| Data hosted inside the Kingdom | ◐ Contract-dependent | ◐ Varies | ○ Mostly EU or US | ● Hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia |
| Data-subject rights inside the product, under the Saudi PDPL | ◐ Generic tooling | ○ Rarely | ◐ GDPR-shaped | ● All five rights and the Article 31 register |
| Performance depth: formula-level KPIs, calibration with target distribution and write-back | ◐ One tab of a suite | ○ Shallow | ● Deep | ● Deep, with a record for every version |
| Permissions per stage, visibility by role, disclosure of names under control | ◐ Generic roles | ○ Rarely | ◐ Varies | ● 7 roles × 13 stages matrix, withholding stated |
| Runs on top of the HR system you already own instead of replacing it | ○ Replaces it | ○ Requires the whole suite | ◐ Assumes a Western system of record | ● Connectors from your system of record |
| An assistant that proposes while a person commits, and never touches a recording | ◐ "Writes the review for you" | ◐ In the headline | ◐ Seven of seven lead with it | ● Changes no record; the commit endpoint is out of its reach |
| Deployment inside your boundary: private cloud under a signed licence | ◐ For the largest deals | ○ Cloud only | ○ Cloud only | ● Signed licence · early access |
Modules
Everything a performance cycle needs, at the depth it demands.
The names below are the product's own labels. Captures are from the Arabic release; English captures to follow.
KPIs with formulas, and a cascade that never breaks silently.
A KPI library with calculation formulas, units, weights, min/max thresholds, benchmarks and evidence requirements. Templates that detect conflicts and settle them by a fixed precedence, bulk assignment with an outcome per employee, a hierarchical cascade across seven levels that logs every conflict, and a scoring engine that writes a version for every recalculation, with its trigger.
Stages with prerequisites, and permissions per stage.
A cycle of sequenced stages with an access matrix per stage, completion tracking by department, and extension requests approved from the approvals inbox. A self-assessment that stays private until the employee submits it and can be returned for revision by HR, and reviews with versioned templates, step sequencing, visibility rules and a time-boxed stand-in reviewer.
Calibration that is recorded, not decided by whoever argues loudest.
Calibration groups and sessions, rating locks during the session, pending adjustments subject to HR approval, a target distribution with recorded exceptions and their reasons, versioned write-back to the employee's rating, and multi-level calibration that carries a parent session's decisions down to its children.
OKRs
Cascade from company to individual, check-ins with confidence, links to KPIs.
360° Feedback
Nominations with approval, instruments, external reviewers, anonymous responses with a minimum disclosure threshold.
Competencies
Library, models and rating scales, a gap matrix, blending with KPI scores.
1:1 Meetings
Recurring series, agenda, private and shared notes, action items, scheduling into Microsoft Teams with early-access support for Zoom, Webex and Google Meet. The platform never joins or records a meeting.
Dashboard · Reports
Role-scoped dashboards with disclosure controls, talent distribution, a 9-box and risk indicators, and a report catalog exported as CSV, XLSX and PDF.
The assistant
It proposes; a person commits. It reads within the asker's entitlement and changes nothing on its own.
Permissions and visibility by role
Everyone sees what they are entitled to, and the check runs on every request.
Permissions are fine-grained by module, role and stage, and visibility is decided on the server, not in the interface. An employee sees their own record, a manager their direct reporting line, HR its scope, and an executive the organisation in aggregate, without names unless a separate permission says so.
| Role | Own record | Direct team | Organisation | Names on dashboards | Data-subject requests |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Employee | ● full | ○ | ○ | ○ | ● own data only |
| Line manager | ● full | ● reporting line | ○ | ◐ within own team | ○ |
| HR administrator | ● full | ● | ● own scope | ◐ separate permission | ○ |
| Executive | ● full | ● | ◐ aggregate | ◐ separate permission and minimum group size | ○ |
| Privacy officer | ○ | ○ | ○ | ○ | ● decides; erasure needs a second permission |
● sees · ◐ sees under a condition · ○ does not see. Default roles; permissions are adjusted per organisation.
Platform & trust
Works beside your systems, inside your boundary.
We run no payroll and replace nothing: we consume employee data from your system of record and send performance events back to it.
- Hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- PDPL compliant · not third-party certified
- Designed to NDMO standards
- Cloud service, or deployment in your own private cloud under a signed licence (early access)
Data-subject rights inside the product: access and copy as self-service, correction, erasure and objection through requests handled by a privacy officer, with a register of processing activities exported on request. An audit trail on every change, and a data classification on every payload that leaves the platform. The interface is available in Arabic and English.
Pricing
Plans priced per seat.
A seat is an active employee profile. Listed prices are per seat per month; a plan marked “By quote” is priced with you.

FAQ
Straight answers before you ask.
Where is our data hosted?
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For organisations that need to deploy inside their own private cloud, self-hosted deployment under a signed licence that never calls home is available in early access.
Is the platform PDPL compliant?
PDPL compliant · not third-party certified. Data-subject rights are built into the product: access and copy as self-service; correction, erasure and objection through requests handled by a privacy officer.
Can a manager see another manager's team ratings?
No. A manager sees their direct reporting line only, and the permission is checked on the server on every request. Names on organisation dashboards appear only to holders of a separate permission, and never for a group below the minimum size your organisation sets.
Do we need to replace our current HR system?
No. We run no payroll and replace no system of record; we consume employee data from it over a REST API or CSV, XLSX and JSON files, and send performance events back through signed webhooks.
Can the assistant change ratings on its own?
No. The assistant proposes and a person commits: none of its tools can change a record, and the commit passes through an endpoint its tools cannot reach. It reads only what the asker is entitled to see, and says what it withheld.
Is single sign-on supported?
Yes, through Microsoft Entra ID or any OpenID Connect provider configured per organisation, and through Active Directory over LDAPS on self-hosted installations. Your provider proves who someone is; Talents Performance Hub decides who gets in.
How is pricing calculated?
Per seat per month, where a seat is an active employee profile; separated employees are not counted. Each plan's card shows its price. Plans marked “By quote”, and self-hosted deployments, are priced with you by number of seats and deployment scope.
