This notice tells you, at the point of collection, how the details you give in the demo request form and the newsletter sign-up on this website are processed, as the Personal Data Protection Law requires. It complements our privacy policy.

What we collect
- Required: full name, work email address, and organisation.
- Optional: mobile number, job title, number of employees, country, sector, the modules you want to see, the demo language, your current performance tools, and any note you add.
- The plan you chose, if you reached the form from a pricing card.
- Your consent, recorded with your request.
Please do not include sensitive data, such as health, religious or financial information, in the note.
Purpose
To respond to your request: to contact you, prepare a demo at a size and in a sector like yours, and arrange it in the language you choose. We do not use these details for advertising or any other purpose, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. The optional details are up to you; without the required ones we cannot respond to the request.
How we receive your request
When you submit the form, your request is stored in the website's database in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where only our sales and solutions staff see it.
Who receives it
Our sales and solutions staff who prepare the demo. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own purposes; the service providers who operate our email and systems handle them only on our behalf.
Where and how long it is kept
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for 12 months after our last contact with you, after which it is destroyed. If your organisation becomes a customer, the agreement with it applies.
Your rights
You can access your details, ask for them to be corrected or destroyed, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@numou.me. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter in the site footer, we keep your email address, the language of the page you subscribed from and the time of your consent, and use them only to send the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent. We keep them until you unsubscribe, through the link in any issue or by writing to support@numou.me, and then delete them.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we publish the new version on this page with its date.
